They have a wide variety of food on their menu. My go-to is always the seafood soup, if you haven't tried it you have to. I give it a four because honestly Ocha Classic serves the same food but better tasting and the staff is friendlier. Also no credit card? Some people don't carry cash all the time. They have to update that.

Vim's always offers great tasting food! I've only been here a couple of times, and every time I've stopped in, I've always enjoyed!
The location is very clean and the employee was friendly. He didn't speak too much, but he made sure we had what we wanted. The music was poppin, and the bathrooms were clean. The decor is also nice to look at.
We were a party of seven that arrived at 11:30am for lunch. We were the only ones in the building. He quickly seated us and took our drink orders. We all got sodas and he also brought out some cups with water.
We mostly orders soups. Two seafood soups, one shrimp with mushrooms soup, one combination chowmein, three steamed rices, and two wonton soups.
Our food came out quickly and we all dug in. My shrimp with mushroom soup was ok. Nothing special, and it maybe needed a little more of a kick. This soup contained some chicken looking things but it's not!! I bit into it and it's some type of really strong seasoning, yuck. It tasted like I had bit into a eucalyptus tree.
The seafood soup is delicious and you can ask them to make it spicy! The chow mein was the best!!! So much flavor!!!
The total was close to $100. The server was nice and the food was good. We will definitely be back again!
Parking can be a little tricky and the parking spots are sooo narrow. I guess that's everywhere in LA though... -

Very good food! Good service. Clean place! Really recommend for big families! Restrooms need a little cleaning. Although it's a very good restaurant!!!!

My favorite spot! I've gone to other locations for vim and their good as well but this is my all time favorite one. Customer service is amazing and they cook the food so much more better with much more flavor. I'm in love with this location now. Other than the fake parking security man that's there and thinks he's a real LAPD officer. all is good.

When it comes to Thai I've learned it's hit or miss and let me say this place hits! And hits the spot hard. So many choices as it's located in Thai town this place has become my favorite and go to place when I'm craving Thai food. Let me say that there savory flavorful soups are second to none served hot and steaming and full of ingredients can really tell the difference. The shrimp chow mein is wonderful to the shrimp fried rice and orange chicken it's just in a whole other ball park so delish!!! The service is great with very attentive and friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained dining area kitchen and bathrooms says a lot compared to other Thai joints. My only knock is the parking can be a hassle and very tight and narrow spots at that bar well worth is my go to for my Thai craving!!
